Marilyn Monroe was born Norma Jeane on June 1, 1926. she was born to Gladys Baker. The identity of her father has yet to be determined . She spent most of her childhood in foster homes and orphanges. In 1937 she moved with a family friend, Her first job was working the assembly line at the Radio Plane Munutions factory in Burbank,l CA, until she was discovered by a photographer David Conover and the rest is history.
