Increase performance by defragmenting your hard-drive. hsDefragSaver allows automated defragmentation of one or more drives. A fragmentation threshold is used to determine when to defragment. hsDefragSaver runs as a screen-saver while your computer is idle and you are away. A customizable, built-in screen-saver is included, but your favorite screen-saver can also be used in the foreground while your hard-drive is maintained in the background. Just like a normal screensaver, all you have to do is move your mouse and hsDefragSaver goes away. Even if the screen saver hasn't been running long, it can still make constructive progress in organizing files on your hard-drive. This automated solution allows you to maintain/improve system performance automatically. Supports multiple monitors (built-in screensaver) and multiple drives. An optional instant messenger style summary window reports the results of the analysis and defragmentation. The built-in screen-saver has a fully customizable look and feel to fit you (or your company's) taste.
