Internet History Eraserallows you to easily delete the files that accumulate from Web surfing. It provides features specifically for Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera and a number of other Internet software programs. Not only will you protect your privacy, you'll free up valuable disk space as well. With a single click, it removes files from your cache, cookies, and history folders. The program goes further to clear out typed URLs as well as the contents of your browser's "autocomplete" function. Internet History Erasereven covers your normal Windows activities. You can optionally delete items from your system's Temp and Recent Documents folders as well as Windows Run, Search, and Open/Save histories. It allows you to erase the tracks of 100 popular applications, from Microsoft Office to RealPlayer. The program protects your homepage by preventing annoying Web sites from changing the URL. You'll also have control over the kinds of files and Registry entries that are erased. Its secure erase function ensures that the data can never be recovered. All functions may be scheduled to be executed at user-defined intervals or at system startups and shutdowns.
