Advertising Wizard by Ipod Movies Videos - iPod is a brand of portable media players designed and marketed by Apple Inc. and launched on October 2001. IPod Classic models store movies, music, games and other media on an internal hard drive, while all other models use flash memory to enable their smaller size (the discontinued ipod Mini used a Microdrive miniature hard drive). As with many other digital music players, iPods, excluding the iPod Touch, can also serve as external data storage devices. Storage capacity varies by model. The fifth generation iPod plays video in MP4 and H.264 formats. Video such as TV shows, podcasts, music videos, and movies may be purchased from online stores such as the iTunes Store, or downloaded from Google Video and other sources, then imported to the iPod via iTunes software. By September 2006, Apple's Ipod iTunes Store offers a catalog of 75 feature-length movies from Disney-owned studios. By April 2007, over 500 feature-length movies are available through ipod iTunes. As of 2008, the product line-up includes the hard drive-based iPod Classic, the touchscreen iPod Touch, the movie, video-capable iPod Nano, the screenless iPod Shuffle and the iPhone. Former products include the compact iPod Mini and the spin-off iPod Photo (since reintegrated into the main iPod Classic line).
