PhraseExpress eliminates repetitive typing and manages frequently used text snippets in customizable categories. Boilerplate templates can be stored together with text formatting and bitmaps. PhraseExpress is suitable for helpdesk and customer service purposes, medical reports, code snippets. The Network Edition provides the PhraseExpress functionality in a company network using a professional Client-/Server architecture. PhraseExpress is Citrix/TerminalServer compatible. Users can use individual phrases and/or share common phrases with other team members. Access rights can be configured per user name, workgroup, usergroup, domain or AccountControlList settings (ACL). Roaming profiles ensure that the custom phrases appear on the computer where the user is currently logged on. The network cache provides continued productivity in case of a temporary network connection loss. This is useful for field staff using laptops without permanent network connection. Optional password protection and data encrypted provides data privacy, especially, if text snippets are shared across the internet. The Client Manager allows central management of all connected clients, checks for updates and maintains a continuous rolling backup. The user interface can be restricted to prevent operating errors and to minimize staff training efforts. PhraseExpress can manage your email signatures from a central place and provide them in the network. User names, addresses, etc can be dynamically linked in from ActiveDirectory/LDAP.
