PhraseExpress can import external text, bitmap, Excel, Word files, Outlook emails with powerful text analysis algorithms. The PhraseExpress Outlook Add-In allows to autocomplete recipient's names and to suggest answering templates based on the email context. The optional portable edition can be executed from USB thumb drive. The freeware edition is free-of-charge for personal users.
